Dr. Ting Choon Meng, President of Fellowship of Inventors (FOI)
Dr. Ting is a medical doctor, an inventor and an author, and earned his MBBS in Singapore in 1984 and has been a practising family physician for over 20 years. His inventions include BPro which won two prestigious awards: The World Economic Technology Forum Technology Pioneer Award for Healthcare and Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Monitoring Technology of the Year in 2007.
Dr. Gideon Tolkowsky
Also dubbed at one of the “elders of the Israeli VC tribe”, Dr. Tolkowsky is currently the Managing Director of BME Capital Management. Ltd. He has over 25 years of venture capital experience in the United States and Israel, being one of the founders of Israeli venture capital. Among numerous companies Gideon was intimately involved in, he served as active chairman of ESC Medical Ltd., from inception to NASDAQ capitalization of over $800M five years later.

Mr Ng Kim Tean, an engineer-turned-lawyer, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the University of London. Mr Ng founded Nanyang Law LLC, a boutique law corporation of 25 staff.

Rear Admiral (NS) Tan Kai Hoe, 42, joined SPRING Singapore as the Deputy Chief Executive on 1 June 2009. His current portfolio includes driving SPRING’s efforts in innovation and entrepreneurship, spearheading the development of technology innovative enterprises, and overseeing SPRING’s quality & standards initiatives.
